Broadband Catalysts MAY provide your address and email if you have reported yourself as underserved to broadband providers potentially bringing service to your location, usually when providers are in the grant or loan application phase of a project.

Locations reported to the Report an Underserved Location or other forms will be represented on a map whose zoom level is limited in order to protect your privacy. Email and address information will not be publicly displayed.
